The great popularity of courses at the University of the Third Age surprised even the creators of this form of education. The educational offer proposed by the universities is very rich. An important feature of this kind of offer must be its adjustment to the learning styles adopted by adults - this problem is also discussed in this article. In the context of teaching, the article focuses on identifying the scope of activities conducted in the form of computer laboratories - as part of enabling students to be familiar with modern information technologies.
