The statistics in this moment show that the Republic of Bulgaria has an ageing population: The report of the Department of Social and Economic Affairs of the United Nations shows that we are in fifth place after Japan, Italy, Germany and Sweden. Ageing is a problem that must be resolved promptly and in favour of population ageing.
