It was a comparative research about the application of VET educational system in European countries and linked by it the situation of disadvantaged social groups in the mentioned countries (low education, women, ethnic groups, older aged persons, unemployed persons).
Researchers:
Target group: There were five social groups, but every country had to identify the specific groups for own country. In Romania there were unemployed people, rural women, Gypsy people, older employed, people in agriculture, people with low education.
