Findings/outcome/conclusion/research questions:

A considerable proportion of young pensioners (aged 55-65) returned to the labour market in full-time or part-time jobs. However, those working as pensioners did not pay a contribution, which meant that their presence on the labour market did not increase payments to the social insurance system. Early exits are also increased by the age discrimination practiced by employers. This generally begins from the age of 45 and the companies justify it by the poor state of health of older workers, their physical and mental burn-out and lack of the required level of training. There is a considerable discrepancy between the intentions of macro policy and company strategies. At present the employment of persons over 55 is not yet widespread. In particular there is a lack of company HR policy towards workers over 50-55.
