Abstract:
The article presents the antidiscrimination dimensions of social work with older people in the context of national and European policies of non-discrimination and in accordance with current trends in the field of social work in countries with a tradition and research on this problem. The main elements of this area of social work are described and the need to intensify scientific research and practical action in the analyzed issue is justified.
