Abstract:
The main objective of the project is to create a synergistic and holistic professional activation program for people 50+. Specific objectives: Analysis of previous studies and projects activating the over 50. Diagnosis of difficulties in professional activation of people over 50 by carrying out research in the Mazowieckie voivod. Develop a comprehensive program of active aging. Consultations on the principles of the program with key stakeholders: employers and workers’ organizations in the labour market and the employees themselves. The increase in knowledge on the subject. Specificity of activation of the elderly.
